Amazing hotel with extremely helpful staff during check-out and tastefully decorated and modern rooms. Location next to the Tianjin train station, and train-metro. Again, walking distance to Century Clock.

There were beautifully decorated & modern rooms with a beautiful view, utensils. The staff were professional all the time of my stay. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to the restaurant, Shangri-La Tianjin and shopping mall. It also was close enough to tourist attractions...

The hotel was perfect, and I greatly enjoyed competent staff and tastefully decorated room. The location was magnificent, in busy part of the city, near to the airport and railway station and the tianjin railway station，Light rail line 9. Had lunch/dinner at Pizza Hut, which I found within easy walking distance of the property.

The hotel is clean and fairly large, has HELPFUL staff and comfortable location to the connecting shopping complex Riverview Place. The room is well-equipped with sofa, good view and comfy king-size bed. The venue serves delicious breakfasts with wide varieties.

What a fantastic stay at Shangri-La! We were blown away by the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds. The evening view from our window was stunning, and we enjoyed flipping through the variety of TV channels available, a refreshing break from the usual Chinese broadcasts. The convenient location near Tianjin Station and the short journey to the airport made our travels a breeze.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tianjin. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the modern and spacious gym and the pool with a stunning view of the river. The location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall and the picturesque riverwalk, and just a few hundred meters away from the train station linking to Beijing. The breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, and the staff provided courteous and efficient service throughout my stay.

my recent stay in tianjin was amazing. shangri-la surpassed my expectations with their exceptional service, polite staff, and beautiful river view. everything was perfect and made our celebrations memorable.

Breakfast options could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. It is just a short train ride away from the city center, allowing for quick access to the capital. The nearby metro line 9 provides a direct connection, making it convenient for travelers. In addition, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants, offering guests plenty of dining options.

One small downside mentioned in a review is that the attendants at the health club do not always enforce the rules, such as time limits in the jacuzzi. This may lead to some inconvenience for guests who are looking to enjoy the facilities within the suggested time frame.

Great value for the money, the room was fantastic with a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
